Eatonville Washington Ranch
The
WNH ranch is for sale by owner for $449,000. It includes a 1950s
2 bedroom house with a full and partially finished basement, a stone
fireplace in living room and a fireplace insert in the basement.
The home has its own well and septic tank, as well as a newer oil
furnace. The kitchen has knotty pine kitchen cabinets and the
house has 1 and 3/4 baths. It also comes with an Olympic $7000

The farm is 40 acres divided into 8
pastures. These pastures will pasture about 30 pair through the
summer. This small ranch also includes a large pond and many
outbuildings. The outbuildings include a huge barn capable of
storing over 200 tons of hay and feeding 75-100 head of cattle in five
long mangers and two smaller ones. Also included is a 6 stall
machine shed and a 2 car garage/shop with a stove and 220 power.

a long crowding alley with two preg check doors, a large animal squeeze
chute as well as a calf table and branding table. There is also a
scale that can weigh cattle individually up to 2000-2200 lbs. The
farm equipment includes a 1520 4 wheel drive Ford tractor, plow,
rototiller, 5 foot brush hog, 4 foot box blade, a wagon and pull type
sprayer. There is also a large liquid manure tank for spreading
liquid manure.
We still have a herd of 6 hereford pairs that represent our 40 years of
breeding herefords. We also have three bred yearling heifers and
a yearling bull for sale. These cattle can be purchased by
private treaty, or as a group with the ranch.
