9918 is fortunate to be alive. Her dam, 9624, died of hardware
disease just a few days after we did surgery on her. 9918 was only
a few days old then. 9918 was raised on a bottle, and we are very
happy to have her with us because her mother was probably the best cow
in our herd at the time of her death. We have high hopes for this
young female. She has about as powerful a pedigree for total performance
as you can put together.
