14E was an excellent addition to our calving ease program. She has
an excellent maternal and calving ease pedigree. Her first calf,
9G, was sold to a breeder to a New York breeder, constituting our
first sale completely over the internet. 9G had twin heifer calves
by Elixir for her new owner. 14E's second calf was by Decthlete,
9817, and she is doing very well. 9817 raised one of our better bull
calves in 2000, 2008, with a weaning ratio of 110. 14E's third calf,
9905, was one of our highest performing heifers in our 99 calf crop.
9905 also calved early in 2001m aking three of our first four calves in
2001 progeny of 14E - one son and two grandaughters.
All of 14E's daughters in production have very nice udders and excellent
milk flow, and they have all maintained the low birth weight pattern.
